The Worship and Leadership Academy (WLA) at Bethel has had the privilege to equip over 500 people in just a few years, ranging from one day seminars, weekend conferences, intensive study courses and a full time BA (Hons) in Mission degree.

Bethel's training academy WLA has recently become the UK centre for the Bonhoeffer Project which exists to support, enable, and offer resource to churches who want to focus on disciple making.
